Founded by: Karina Felix!

With more than 15 years of extensive knowledge and experience working with rules and regulations for 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 organizations, and protection of tax-exempt status, Karina Felix launched Versus Consultants.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Universidad de Sonora (in Mexico), a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in accounting from DeVry University. Karina is also fluent in Spanish and bilingual communications. Currently, Karina is supporting the community as secretary treasurer for the Phoenix Conservatory of Music and a board member of Unlimited Potential in Arizona.

As a Latina woman in a male-dominated industry, Karina can hold her own. She is invested in helping the community in which she lives. Karina previously worked with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the performing arts, healthcare, accounting, and Hispanic outreach sectors giving her a competitive edge in this niche sector.
